1.1 Registration

(a) You must register with us by creating an account in order to place an order. The information that you submitted must be true and accurate for the delivery to take place accordingly.

(b)To submit your order, you will be required to follow the buying process on our BAGUS site and you will receive an Order Confirmation after your payment is successful. You may refer *here* to learn about the buying process.

(c)An order is only accepted when payment is successful and receive by our end.

(d)You shall not misuse the BAGUS Site by creating multiple user accounts.

1.2 Payment

(a) Prices are inclusive of GST and are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). Delivery costs will be charged based on location and weight of your items; such additional charges are clearly displayed upon checking out.

(b)Payment can be made via our payment partner, we currently accept Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) & Offline Bank Transfer ( Cash/ Cheque)

(c)We will make sure that all product details & prices is updated at the time of your purchase, however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances where error may occur at certain times. We have no obligation to fulfill your order and will make the best effort to inform you as soon as we can .You will have the options of reconfirming or cancelling the order.

(d) By clicking “Check out” you are confirming that you are the legitimate card holder and have enough credit facilities to fulfil the payment of your order.

1.3 Mistaken Orders

1.4 Refusal of Order

We BAGUS MARKETING reserve the right to change, withdraw, and edit any Products or contents from this Site at any time. As we try to fulfill every order that we receive, there may be some unforeseen circumstances where we need to refuse to process a confirmed order, at our sole discretion. If you have already make payment, we will fully refunded the exact amount to you.




(b)Additional delivery cost & handling fees is corresponding to rate from Airpak Express/ Pos Laju International 

(c)We endeavor to deliver your order at the place of delivery as per request once payment has been cleared into our account. Please allow 5 working days (West Malaysia) and 7 working days (East Malaysia) for the order to be delivered. (Excluded Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

(d) For Self-Collect or Store pickup: Please allow 4 working days of  processing .We will send you a notification once your goods are ready for collection (excluded Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

(e)We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, shall not be liable to you for any losses or damages arising out of late delivery.

(f) Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

(g) Delivery charges is non-refundable shall there be cancellation or change of delivery destination.

(h) For overseas shipping, should there be any outstanding customs charges, import duties,penalty,fine it must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

(i) The package shall return to BAGUS MARKETING SDN BHD after multiple times failed attempt delivery and additional delivery cost or other costs reasonably incurred by us will be charged for another shipment.


(a) Please contact us at membershelp@bagus.com.my if you wish to cancel your order. No cancellation fee shall be applicable unless the Order has been dispatched.


 (a) All product is exchangeable but not refundable.

 (b)If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return.

(c) Defected or damaged Product is returnable within 3 days upon your receiving date (except for perishable product &food items).The product shall be in its original packaging, un-used and product tags shall not be tampered with (any applicable). We reserve the right not to accept the product in the event that we discovered the product is in an unsuitable condition (improper storage method, altered and etc)
