Ingredients of Coconut Jelly Powder :
Sugar, carrageenan, salt
- No Colouring
- No Preservatives
Recipe 1 : Coconut Jelly
1. Added coconut juice from 2 young coconuts to plain water till 3000ml. Bring it to boil.
2. Add 200gm of sugar, coconut flesh and coconut jelly powder to the solution.
3. Mix well. Turn off the flame.
4. Pour into moulds and set in refrigerator.
5. Serve best when chilled.
Recipe 2 : Gula Melaka Longan Jelly
1. Water 3000ml
2. Gula Melaka 300gm
3. Dry Longan Flesh 200gm
